Mark Cahill has released a new DVD which contains two messages with one on the "Holiness of God" and the other on "The Watchmen on the Wall." In Mark's January 2011 newsletter, the description for the Holiness of God message was the following:
The angels around the throne cry out, “Holy, Holy, Holy.” What is holiness? How am I supposed to imitate it? Understanding this supreme attribute of God will keep us from sinning, motivate us to witnessing and send us to praising!
The description for the second message entitled "The Watchmen on the Wall" was the following:
As this world continues to seemingly spin out of control, are you sounding the trumpet? Are you warning folks that God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked? Are you challenging people to flee the wrath to come that Luke 3 talks about? Watch this message, and start sounding the alarm!"

Occasionally you come across a view worth sharing when talking with a person who has no Biblical basis for understanding the issues related to abortion. While a Christian has the understandings of the Bible from which to help them comprehend God's view on the subject of abortion, unbelievers do not.
Though this discussion could be modified a bit more to take out the uncertainty regarding the considerations of abortion for the person being spoken to, it does set up an interesting construct for an unbeliever to consider and is something worth watching and thinking about how you might want to consider talking with a person in an evangelism encounter who is a pro-choice unbeliever. To view it, click here.
Background: What if you could see what your life would have been like if you had chosen to take a different path and married a different person in your life? In the telling of the story, the movie touches on the concepts of caring, sharing, love, giving, and devotion to Jesus Christ for a man who would appear by the world's standards to have a great life with a new girlfriend he plans to marry and spend a weekend with in Paris when his plans are interrupted and he is given a glimpse of what his life would be like had he stuck to his previous plan of following his career path of Seminary and marrying woman he knew years before. He has a dream or visiion and within it, an angel gives him a chance to experience what would have happened. The are several twists and turns and will keep you interested in how it turns out.
Background: The movie Time Changer has a setting in the 1800's at a Seminary where a group of professors meet on a regular basis as a committee. The professors are to review the writings of an upcoming work to be published that will have the Seminary name on it and the endorsement is needed. A unanimous decision by all is needed for a manuscript to be published which is to have the Seminary name on it. One of the professors opposes the manuscript and tries to confront the author as to why he is opposing it by showing him something at his home -- something he must come and see for himself. The movie uses time travel as a means to share a message that is both evangelistic and makes you think about Christian values, Church, and moral decay within society.
Production: The movie is filmed well and is engaging and intriguing as the concept of time exploration is used within the movie. Considering the budget that the team probably had to work with, they have done a very good job of conveying setting and environment for the film.
Message: This movie stays on track with a theme that is both evangelistic and really makes you think much about the concept of secular humanism that is rampant within our society today. It shows the contrast of life in the past to today in vivid living color. It is a movie you can watch again and again. It really is that good! Get this one on DVD from Five and Two Pictures. This is a Rich Christiano film.
